ASE was recommended by a friend so I had no hesitation in approaching them to carry out the work on my bathroom. Everyone at ASE is well organised. The installation team are reliable, respectful, kind, hard working young men. The quality of workmanship is excellent. We first heard about ASE when visiting a neighbour’s home, ASE had been employed to carry out extensive works on their barn conversion. Having been impressed with the quality of workmanship and positive comments from our friend we had no hesitation in using the company for the work required at our home. This decision was cemented after visiting ASE’s very impressive showroom. The best thing about working with ASE is that although our ‘job’ was relatively small compared to most we were made to feel that our needs were just as important as those of a bigger customer. This level of customer service was shown from the planning stage right through to the end of the install; to us this was one of the most important factors when working with ASE. At the planning and pre-install stage a special thanks to Daniel who provided solutions to design problems, demonstrated an in-depth knowledge of product ranges and was always available to discuss the on-going plan – his patience seemed boundless! The installation went very well, started & finished on the agreed dates. Small snagging issues were corrected in a timely manner. We cannot speak highly enough of the ASE fitters (Chris, Will, Roger, Scott & Andy). Their workmanship is second to none, they worked in a well organised & tidy way – clearing up at the end of each day & removing rubbish etc. We found them to be very polite and conscientious; it was a pleasure having them work in our home. They transformed our very dated old-fashioned en-suite into a sparkling new modern wet-room which we absolutely love, minor work was completed in our family bathroom too. There is nothing we would have wanted done differently to our install and we would have no hesitation in recommending ASE to our friends & family

We recently had a new wetroom supplied and installed by ASE. We were impressed by the reliable, pleasant and attentive staff in the showroom. The installation team are likewise and very hardworking and the workmanship is excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. Andy Vear's (ASE Install) skills and knowledge are excellent. He made it quite clear that he would ensure we were happy with the finished product. We are very happy with everything and have already recommended ASE to others.

I have a new bathroom from ASE which I love. Daniel from the ASE showroom was really patient and helpful and had some great suggestions when it came to buying necessary accessories for my new bathroom. I always felt I had his complete attention when I needed advice or guidance. The ASE Install Team were patient, professional and helpful - Andy was particularly helpful - nothing was too much trouble for him. The most important thing that people should know about working with ASE is the fact that they have good communication, a professional and courteous service and fulfilled all our requirements. From the initial "wish-list" to completion we were kept informed throughout, any queries that arose were fully discussed and resolved. Thank you to Adam, Dan, Scott and especially Luke. I had no hesitations about using ASE for my recent bathroom project. The service and advice given was excellent. Further to the recent completion of the modernisation of our existing bathroom I would like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude to the team at ASE. Firstly, I would like to thank Adam Pearce for the prompt attention to remedy the situation when our original installer had to cancel the scheduled work. We ordered all the equipment, units & sanitary ware with the help of Daniel in the showroom who also carried out a site survey and designed our new bathroom . We would also like to thank the installation team of Gary, Andy and Chris. The Installation went very smoothly with the removal of the existing bathroom furniture, a “re-vamp” of pipework and utilisation of the existing wall tiling. As for the quality of workmanship, this was excellent and the housekeeping at the end of each day’s work could not be faulted. We would have no hesitation to recommend ASE for supply, installation and value with quality workmanship and co-ordination.
